It is no secret that our community is growing -- more traffic, houses, businesses and people. Understandably, that growth comes with challenges for WRES, including staying on top of the technology, training and equipment to protect the community at the highest possible level. 

For example, it costs more than $15,000 to outfit just one of our firefighters. Just consider the expense of purchasing and maintaining reliable firetrucks, other emergency vehicles and essential equipment.   Think of the thousands of hours of training our volunteers take to maintain their proficiencies.
